HI, myself CHITWAN KUMAR a dedicated yog practitioner for 3+ years and a yog teacher completed 500 hr TTC from India`s leading institute MOKSHAYATAN YOG SANSTHAN , enthusiast , dedicated, and liable to share my knowledge to you.


Having good command on basic to advance asan, pranayam bandh , kriya also eligible to conduct therapy sessions for number of ailments for all gender and different ages group.

RELEVANCE OF YOG

SEDENTARY LIFESTYLE has built a large section of people of each age group with number of health disorder, which later create number of physical, mental and economical challenges.

YOG has been an age old practice to a holistic approach for a healthier life. Most of our health disorder get resolved when we practice yog regularly and we can attain our best version . stress being the main reason behind most of our health problem can be countered. We have realized the importance of good health in recent covid pandemic. That is why it`s our utmost duty to make our body healthy and strong.
